Our liability and duty to you
We don't imagine our clothing should cause you much harm. However, to cover our backs we must state that the liability of Bountee for any claim whatsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us, together with any postage costs incurred. And Bountee will not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Please note that we do not advise you to eat our garments, set fire to them when they're wrapped around your head or soak them in water, put them in a freezer and then use them to poke yourself in the eye. And although not specifically detailed on the garment's label, please remove the clothing from your body before washing and ironing it.

Bountee cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated either on the garment, in the online catalogue or within the documentation that arrives as part of your order from us. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement - so feel free to punch the air like an over-exuberant sportsman who's just won an Olympic gold.
