Exactly how large is Extra Large?
Naturally, you'll want to make sure your cool new clothing fits you like a glove. Or even better, like a T-shirt. So here's precisely what each of our sizes means:

Is your choice in stock?
Of course it is. All of our shirts are lovingly hand-printed using a machine - (feel free to wrestle with the existentialist nature of this for a second) so each shirt is printed to order. Where there may be some trouble however is when we don't have your particular colour of size of shirt in stock; ordinarily this adds a couple of days onto the final delivery of your order - but if there is any other problem at all please rest assured that we'll contact you as soon as we become aware of it. If we were pre-cognitive we'd get in touch even sooner - and if you're pre-cognitive please let us know of the delay so that we can inform you!

Not feeling happy?
If you don't want your stuff you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange - as long as the items are returned in the same condition you got them. So, if you send it back reeking of stale sweat and sporting ketchup stains down the front, I'm afraid you're out of luck. To return any items, just follow these instructions:
1. Dig out the email we sent you confirming your order and look for the unique reference number, then print our Exchange & Return Form out and scrawl on it whether you want an exchange or refund.
2. Wrap your clothing up nicely - remember that if it's damaged on its way to us we can't offer you a refund.
3. Take a trip to the Post Office and send us your nicely wrapped parcel to the relevant address on the Return Form. Remember to get proof of postage - Registered post is best.
We will pull out all the stops to process your return as soon as it arrives. But please allow 28 days for us to process your return or exchange. It's maybe of interest to know that refunds can only be given to the payer - so if you got your stuff as a gift and you don't want it, you'll need to tell the kind person who got it for you.
Alternatively, try a car boot sale or ebay - then get your head examined because you clearly have no taste.
Legal blibber-blabber on returns
To clarify the following statements, any reference to 'us', we' or 'our' means Bountee. Any reference to 'you' means you. If we mention Michael Jackson it is a printing error and we apologise for any distress caused.
When we send you stuff, you have it on approval for 28 days after delivery. That means that you don't actually own it until the end of this period. So returning anything to us inside these 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order - or part of your order. When we get your returned goods, we'll give you back what you paid in full or give you an exchange credit, depending on what you've asked for.

If, in some moment of abnormal generosity, we've decided to give you a discount or offer, the money you saved will no longer apply if you fall below the threshold of the discount or offer.
By exchanging money for our groovy gear, you are entering into a contract with us that requires you to return the goods to us on cancellation. The cost of returning the goods comes out of your pocket, I'm afraid. We can arrange to deliver products to you, if you wish - but this constitutes a separate contract between you and Bountee in which you pay for the packaging, handling and delivery of goods. And for legal reasons we have to inform you that your statutory rights continue in force - which is nice, isn't it?
